Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying, qualifying, and closing deals with major financial institutions for our AI-powered analytics platform
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate key accounts in the investment banking, asset management, and hedge fund sectors
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand potential clients' needs and align them with ProSights' solutions
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with product and AI teams to tailor solutions to meet specific client requirements
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large financial organizations
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while providing visibility to leadership
  • Work closely with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting our clients
  • Contribute to the refinement of our sales strategy and go-to-market approach

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, enterprise software, or financial services
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment processes, and the role of technology in finance
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to various stakeholders
  • Experience with consultative selling and solution-based approaches
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales intelligence tools
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting relationships with senior executives
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills

Bonus:

  • Experience selling AI/ML solutions or advanced analytics platforms
  • Deep network within the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting AI adoption in finance
  • Familiarity with the technical aspects of data integration and cybersecurity in financial institutions
  • Track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals with long sales cycles
  • Experience with account-based marketing strategies
  • Multilingual skills to engage with global financial institutions
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, Series 7, Series 63)
